Welcome to Supported Solution, a supported living enablement service for adults over 18 years with mental health and learning disabilities. Our mission is to empower individuals with mental health/learning disability needs to thrive, connect, and embrace life. Whilst enabling them to achieve the required skills to live independently in the community.

Our Services

Our Services

At Supported Solution - Supported living Enablement Service, we offer a range of services to meet the unique needs of each individual we support. Our services include personalised support plans, 24/7 on-site support, and access to both inhouse and local facilitates. 

Community Integration

We believe in fostering a sense of community and belonging for our residents. Our community integration services include assistance with accessing community resources, social events, and support groups.

Daily Living Skills

We offer support with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and prompting with personal care. Our team works with each individual to develop a plan that promotes independence and self-sufficiency, and work towards achieving long term goals of living independently. 

Therapeutic Services

At Supported Solution, we understand the importance of mental health. Our therapeutic services include access to wellbeing workshop lead by a mental health nurse, Occupational therapy, counsellor/psychotherapy and inhouse financial first aid/money management workshop.

Safe Place for Recovery

Supported housing serves as a bridge between hospital care and independent living. We believe that individuals recovering from mental health crisis needs a safe space to heal and rebuild their lives. Emotional and practical support aids the recovery process. Whilst building on skills to enable independent living in the community. 

Recreation & Housing support

We believe that recreational activities are an important part of overall wellness. Our recreation services include access to local sport centre, inhouse table tennis, and many more local group activities. 

We support with housing and benefits application, bidding for property via LA Housing portal. We also support resident in sourcing private rental accommodation.

Employment/
Educational Support

We understand the importance of employment and financial independence. Our employment support services include job search for part time or volunteer opportunities, support to access adult education and other vocational training opportunity in the community.

 We believes everyone's voice should be respected, heard, and advocated for. Empowering adults to influence the support they receive is crucial. This means involving them in decision making about their care and wellbeing.
